Unhappy cottage builder
Dealing with the owner of this company was, at best unpleasant. This occurred only after the contract was signed. We hired a project manager, who was quite pleasant but rarely on site. We did all of the quote sourcing ourselves and were still charged a hefty management fee. Any calls directly to the owner were met with exasperation on his part- (and there were a total of 4). As previously mentioned by another customer- the shoddy workmanship of the contractors was defended by Evergreen. A stressful experience was made all the worse by this company. Would not recommend them, or ever use them again.

Evergreen customer
Would have to agree with the previous reviewer. When problems arise, they down-play them or side with the contractors/companies they like to use. Still had to babysit the project, even though they were hired to project manage. Many of their sub contractors do a decent job, but overall it was a very stressful experience. Prepare for your project to take a long time.... Don't know that I would repeat it.

To many issues from the outset.. poor delivery but material quality fair more about sales and service. poor communication and very costly. and what we thought we were getting we did not get ..it cost us over $70k more to complete what we thought was included
