We hired Rombough's to install a new high efficiency furnace...This was a week before Christmas 2010... He did the installation and promised to return in the spring to finish the installation... Removal of filler pipes for old oil tank, Burying the prpane line as per code and putting gravel under cement pads of large propane tanks... Two weeks after install we had a gas leak at the tanks causing us to lot propane... He then promised to pay us $100 for lost of propane... He was interested in my utility trailer so we made a deal that if he installed and connected the gas line to my barbeque he could have the trailer in exchange... We both agreed the value of the trailer to be $250.00... Well we're in the middle of May...I haven't received my $100 and the installation is still not finished... I've called Rombough's on four different occasions... After the first call he said he be at our place next week...that came and went and no one showed up or called...Again I called and got the same story again...and again no one showed up or called... I installed the copper lines myself and the one end of the barbeque is connected but not the other end by the tanks... I guess I'll have to call a lawyer and sue his ass, and, call the Better Business bureau... Bob Lalande a very disatified customer
