I have neve come across a company with such bad service and poor customer service, they have yet to move any snow from my driveway, they show up at 2pm which doesn't help me when I leave for work at 6am, I have cleaned the snow from my driveway everyday, I am going to get my neighbours to file a suit against them to get our money back, the other contractors on my street show up on time and do a good job. If you get a flyer from rosé neige, burn it before you get burnt.
