Made a verbal contract with Richard Holtsbaum..Dozens of attempts to contact him went un-answers I was left with costs that were his responsibility with no way of re-coping costs... VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY. ..I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH RICHARD HOLTSBAUM DOESN'T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY OF GIVING A PHONE CALL.....truly a man of low morals

Its interesting how people that don't pay for the work completed can go on line and degrade you like this....we di the work and yes for some reason expect to get paid...I guess that's the wrong attitude....oh well guess I should list the real scum bags that don't pay for work....

Its interesting that people that hire contractors and don't pay them can then in turn give the contractor a negative rating...Woodtree Construction is very professional and knows what they are doing.
