The representative was a nice enough guy. Unfortunately, a relatively small job that was slated for 4 weeks turned into 4 months, and nobody showed up at the times which were agreed upon. Although satisfied with the actual counter they installed, it was later damaged when they installed a box cover for an out-take pvc pipe was installed (scratched). When they came out to attempt to fix this, we were told it could not be fixed. We were not offered any discount despite these issues. Over all, very unsatisfied and would not recommend this company to anyone.
