Some of Chito’s key projects over his 22 year career may include the following: Demolition and decommissioning of Acsys Technologies, Eastman Manufacturing, Ford Motor-Oakville Tear Out (2006-2007), Daimler Chrysler disposal of hazardous materials - Paint Shop (Windsor), Windsor General Hospital and Toronto General Hospital. We are committed to being on schedule mould abatement and within budget, and have allocated full-time staff to delivery and scheduling. A Civil Engineer graduate with six years of International experience, he held the position of Project Manager and Administrator for demolition of a large petroleum and steel company prior to joining Greenspoon Brothers Ltd site decommissioning. Some of Richard’s key projects include DOW Chemical - Sarnia, Inn on toronto the Park- Toronto, Dofasco - Hamilton, Stelco - Hamilton and ACSYS Technologies - Oshawa. Richard was a Project Supervisor for CECOS Environmental Services, Inc., before becoming District Manager for ENSCO Environmental environmental Services, Inc. Uwi soil re-mediation was responsible for the the total structural demolition of 150,000 square foot building and 150 foot high tower. Other positions held by health and safety Fred are Consultant and Trainer for other GBL Estimators as well as Manager for hazardous materials. Involved in asbestos abatement projects for more than twenty-five years, Fred’s relationships in the industry counts among them woodbridge ministry officials and membership with the Environmental Abatement Council of Ontario. David is a graduate of Civil Engineering and worked as Water and structural demolition Sewer Engineer for 20 years before joining Greenspoon Specialty Contracting in 2003 and was responsible for estimating new projects and co-ordinating subcontractors. Highest standard of quality demolition and health and safety management. With 29 years of experience in the evaluation and re-mediation missisauga of hazardous waste sites along with 22 years of administration experience, Richard is a valuable asset to the company. Fred was GBL’s Chief Estimator for asbestos, PCB removal, lead abatement, mould abatement, mercury spills interior demolition and other environmental concerns. Chito then became GBL exterior demolition Chief Estimator and was responsible for all GBL’s massive industrial plant and hospital estimates
