Since its inception, the Program has been a leader and innovator in the provision of warranty services to the home building industry and was the first program of its kind to be introduced in Canada. Once accepted as members, all builders are reviewed annually to assess their qualification and their commitment to customer satisfaction and to a healthy, stable building industry. To help you choose the right builder for you, The Alberta New Home Warranty Program offers you three programs that can help you get more information about your builder:. This new qualification, unique to the Program, have been mandatory for all of our Builder Members since October 1st, 2005.
