I agree with Manjit. The workers tried hard but knew little about geothermal equipment. Rick is a shyster, Parry tries to smooth it over with delay. I had to pay 2 other geo contractors to get my system to perform and both think the vertical holes were not drilled as deep as specified based on the terrible performance. I hope these people haven't just changed their name and are fleecing others.

I am not sure if this company is still is business but if they are not, there is a good reason. They lied to me so many time, I can't even count. I kept a journal of everything -every phone call, every email, and every conversation. It was good thing because his lies caught up with him and I finally got everything I was suppose to. It took almost a year but I never gave up.

Took the money, dragged a ten day job over six months, dont answer calls, call you back or have any concept of customer care or service. I was lucky to have the job somewhat complete. People who worked for Tafcon were decent people, but the owner (Rick) and son-in-law (Parry) are untrustworthy, unreliable and dishonest. Think they maybe out of business.
