In my opinion, and my experience DKC Sparklean's staff are contractors have poor workmanship, do not warranty work, staff unprofessional, do not return calls, left job incomplete, way over charged for restoration/cleaning of personal/household items, staff and contractors damaged home more then the fire/smoke/water did, DKC Sparklean did not pay contractors and they (the contractors) threatened to put a lien on my home, even though the work was not complete, and there was/still are incomplete deficiencies we were told by the owner that he could not pay the contractors, nor could they finish the work on my home until they were paid by the insurance company. Once they were paid they never returned. The floor they installed is not even wood, it is made from compressed saw dust with a photo or a piece of veineer on top. The flooring was sold to this company as is, and installed in my home. Since the 1st day it was installed the floor began deteriating, lifting, the floor is uneven, there are no transitions from one floor to another. I recently tripped in the entry to the dining room (where the transition was not installed) and broke a bone in my foot. Over 1,100 of my personal/ household items have been destroyed as a result of the cleaning/restoration process (who puts leather cowboy boots, women's dress boots, shoes, coats, skirts, wool blankets, dry clean only items through a washing process, then pack the items away wet. My items are ruined/destroyed beyond repair. It is very sad to see a pair of dress boots and cowboy boots that look like they have been put through a wringer washer. Stay away from this restoration company as the contractors which came to my house used the cheapest materials, did not put any care into their work, and did not complete the job. As soon as this company was paid they stopped taking our calls and refuse to come back to finish the job
