Paul made our problem his own. Both times we needed him he made a special effort to get out right away to assess and fix the problem. To other companies I called, I was just a problem, to Paul I was a person obviously overwhelmed who needed help. He took the time to explain our septic system and how it worked, what he was going to do and why, and stuck to his estimate. In my eyes, he went above and beyond, and in comparison to the other companies I called, he was head and shoulders above the rest. I would not hesitate to recommend this company!
