I have had simular dealing with Glenn Furgason and Rhino homes myself. I was told lie after lie by thins man, and finally had to take him and his brother to court. Although it's been a long wait, I hopefully will have some resolve late next month. For those who are interested, Rhino/Glenn Furgasson have been completeing the following home here in camrose over the last few months. MLS listing E3314953. The Structure of the house sat vacant for the last 2 and a 1/2 years. Glenn Furgason and his family and been in and out all summer long rushing to complete the home. His parents and In Laws who live just down the street, even seem to be chiping in...lol. Wonder if they know of all the people he's frauded.

All the other posts are true and unfortunatly we learned this the hard way. They will make you all kinds of promises to get you money and once they have it, good luck getting them to live up to the contract. They have no regard for thier customers, suppliers or trades. Nothing but lies and broken comitments. Our experience was a nightmare and still is. Liens on our property and trades knocking at our door asking us to pay Rhinos unpaid bills. Its hard to believe they can keep building and makes us sick to think that other people may be fooled by them as we were. They lierally have numerous law suits againts them and it's hard to believe they are still in busuness and can show thier faces in the community were they have ripped off so many people. Stay away!!!!!

AVIOD THIS COMPANY!! My house with Rhino Homes is currently one year past the original possesion date, and no end is in sight. Glen Furgason the owner will lie to you over and over again, just to keep his customers off his back. Work done is shoddy, and trades are constantly not being paid. If I can prevent even one person from building with Rhino Homes, I will be a happy man.

True with everything said! Stay away from this company!!! I am an ex tradesman and to this day I'm trying to get paid and it's not a couple of thousand dollars either. All the tradesman don't get paid on time and the customers I worked for always complained about the builder and how they always promise one thing and do another. How the promise one date and it ends up being a whole year later. The reason most trades are not getting paid is because and this is coming from a good source is that he build his own house with the money he was supposed to pay the trades so he wouldn't have a mortgage on his own home. So that's why all the trades are not getting paid. This company has been to court so many times they are almost on a first name basis. Probably the shadiest and dirtiest company in Edmonton would not use them. I did a few houses for them and every single customer I talked had something bad to say about them. I promise you if you use them you will regret it and then you will remember all these comments but it will be too late.
