Our experience with Revo was horrible. The sinks leaked and parts were left in the garbage. The boiler settings were wrong so it didn’t run properly. They didn’t install the in-floor heat lines correctly and didn’t balance them. The HRV didn’t vent half the house. The tub didn’t drain. There were huge bangs in the middle of the night from the boiler pumps because they didn’t bleed the air out. The humidifier ran continuously but didn’t humidify because they installed the wrong one. The water lines hammered because they weren’t fastened and were left loose laying on duct work. And it goes on and on. They told us that they would come back to fix stuff and get things running. But we were never able to get them to return. We found another company that are qualified experts with Viessman boilers that helped us. They pointed out in the installation manuals how the systems were supposed to have been done. It was such a relief to have someone come in that knew what they were doing. But it has cost us thousands of dollars to correct the problems that Revo left us with. It’s been a very stressful time for both my wife and I. The way Revo has treated us is just wrong. Their workmanship was poor. They were not true to their word. They are not to be trusted. Don’t use them.
