Pro-Tech winterized our hot tub, in the spring there was a leak, I called them and they claimed to be "overbooked" but would call us the next day to setup service. I would let it go for a few days then I would call again, they would assure me I would get a call back "tomorrow" as I have been there faithful customer for YEARS! 3 weeks went by out of frustration I called the Hot Tub People and they magically had someone here the next day! And after all that we were told the leak was CAUSED by Pro-Tech, as they don't use anti-freeze to winterize and only use air to blow out the lines. This was a month ago and funny enough - to this day I have NEVER heard from Pro-Tech. Please do yourself a favour and use someone else, someone who values their customers!
