Our time-tested training programs are on-the-job, where a new hire is assigned to a 'trainer' and acts as a helper for two weeks to a month during which time the new hire is exposed to a variety of different homes and furnaces. In conjunction with a full spectrum of mechanically driven Power Brushes, disinfectants and repair coatings, Power Vac now offers the most comprehensive service in the industry. By 1980, Power Vac had taken our cleaning services outside ductwork to include general plant cleanup. He has trained over 15 people in all aspects of duct cleaning.
