Simon is recognized as the consummate expert in the set up, service and warranty provision of all products sold by retailers in the business. Simon is often called on to problem solve for a number of companies who Pleasant run into difficult technical situations. He has been in the business for over 20 years. Pleasant Homes is one of few companies that is able to offer, not only a professional sales team, but a fully qualified set up and service team that does all of its own service and warranty work. This provides home owners with the comfort and confidence in knowing that their needs will continue to be met long after the home affordable is delivered. Gary, the newest member of the team, came from 25 years with the Government of Saskatchewan. There he managed a Social Housing program which provided guidance and direction to a network of over 270 Housing Authorities. This network was responsible to manage and maintain more than 30,000 housing units of various size portfolios in many different housing Alberta configurations. Pleasant Homes, itself, has been in this business for over 25 years and has recently undergone an expansion. Vern Kuehn, CEO, has taken on two partners. Their names are Simon Boersma and Gary Hauk. This move has seen the company increase its capacity to do more diverse business, as each partner brings a unique set of skills to the company. Vern has been in the business for many years and has learned mobile the industry form the bottom up. He has been intimately involved with the administration of the industries associations at both the Provincial and Federal levels and has been instrumental in bringing a higher level of professionalism to all facets of Modular / Manufactured housing in Canada

My niece had a home built by these ppl. She has had many problems. Now that her warranty is almost up they are dodging her phone calls and the receptionist told her today that no one is available to speak to her and that she does not know who owns the company. Than she actually told her she did not have time to speak to her and hung up on her. They have not even come back to clean the construction adhesive off the lino and it has been close to a year. My niece has called and called but they just ignore her. Do not recommend this builder.
