after several trips to my house red tagging then green tagging my equipment (total of 4 times) they tried to charge me extra money for work that they already had signed off on. They seemed a little crooked in the fact that they loved to get a service call through ultramar as it was easy money for them. They showed up in a ragged beat up truck that looked ancient and their ladders for reaching heights looked stone aged. After their job was done they didn't have cleaning supplies so asked if they could use mine. When I was told they would be there on monday morning they didn't show up until thursday three weeks later to finally resolve the issues. If anybody is looking for professional service go somewhere else other than pk heating and cooling as they are just a waste of time and money.
