Our firm has been in business continuously since 1934, and Michael Nepom has owned and operated it since 1995. Present owner, Michael Nepom, purchases and operates Mckinnon. Mckinnon starts working with newer IAQ technologies, such as HEPA filtration. After 72 years at the same Beaches location, Mckinnon moves to a larger modern facility in central Toronto. Technology changes again.
