Caulked very badly after installed new countertop, and now we can see the cracked installed just since April, 21, 2012. When you called them (the ones we called named Yiu Lam, Li, Contract Manager of Manhattan Custom Cabinetry) and find out when they will come for service, after they took deposit, they will just kept telling you they will come at certain time; but they don't as final. We told them to help us to trash the old counter top, and they said they will; turns out they just left it at our side door. HIGHLY not recommend.
