IF you want a contractor that is argumentative, makes decisions without consulting you, under estimates, over invoices, and under delivers? Then hire Lozier Contracting! If you want an enjoyable renovation experience, then look elsewhere! He yells at his customers, and invoices for items or services not provided. He tells absurd lies to his customers which comes so naturally to him it's disturbing. It has been the worst experience of my life!!!
