After coming to assess/price the job, my calls were not returned. I talked to someone at Lonsdale Flooring who indicated the owner was away and I could leave a VM. I assume the job was too small; they did not bother to return my call. Poor customer service; at least Costco was upfront about the job and referred me to a local contractor to have the work completed. As no work was completed I selected ratings right in the middle.
