We also opened our first show home in 2005 and the response was again very positive, we quickly earned a reputation for building quality custom homes and our company continued to grow. This is the story of Kingsgate Homes Master Builder as told by Italo Bruno, President and General Manager. I continue to get great satisfaction and pride building homes for our clients and have become good friends with many of them. I enjoyed the building process a lot and took great pride and a sense of accomplishment during and after the home building process, that I decided to build another custom home and I would sell it, it was also at this time that I formed Kingsgate Homes LTD, once the second home was built and we put it for sale on the market the response was very positive we received numerous complements on the design and the quality craftsmanship, In 2005 I had a decision to make, continue with a successful career in the automotive industry or go into the home building industry full time. I sought out the guidance from my brother Fred who had extensive construction and home building experience. With Fred’s help, Kerstin and I designed and built our first home. At Kingsgate Homes Master home builder Builder we understand the importance of helping you build your dream home. The decision was an easy one I enjoyed the building of homes and the feed back from our clients was positive and the home building process was rewarding, as we became friends with our clients, trades and suppliers. Kingsgate Homes Master Builder has implemented an independent home inspection program at various important stages of the home building process so alberta that you are aware of what is happening during the construction of your home. In 2008, I decided to focus on building a limited number of custom and estate homes, I also enrolled in the Professional Home Builders Institute of Alberta program courses as I wanted to become a Master Builder. I would personally like to thank my family, friends, clients, suppliers and trades in helping me making Kingsgate Homes Master Builder the company it is today and having me live my dream in building homes for you and making your dreams become a reality. After viewing various previously owned homes and a few new homes and not really finding a home that would work for our family, we decided to build a new home. At the time I had a successful career in sales and management and I would need help in the construction process. Kingsgate Homes Master Builder has been awarded the customer service award from Alberta New Home Warranty consecutively master builder since 2004, is an Accredited Member of the Better Business Bureau of Alberta and are also members of The Edmonton Region Homes Builders Association, Alberta Homes Builders Association and the Canadian Home Builders Association. I have since received my Master Builder designation in September 2009 and also my professional site manager designation in October 2009. In 2002 as my family was growing my wife Kerstin and I decided it was time to get a new home for our growing family
