This contractor is absolutely undependable, late on their time frame and the sub-trades they use are incompetent. Always require a second or return trip to fix things that should have been done properly in the first place. If the contractor was on site to monitor the work of the tradesman he hires things would get done on time and on budget. I would never use this contractor again and would recommend against hiring him unless you have a lot of time to watch over the work which you paid him to do.
