We have an amazing cottage that is water access only and the only thing it was missing was a septic system. Well thanks to Tom Collins and the crew at Kawartha Utility we now have one and we are over the moon! Our experience with Kawartha Utility was amazing and we highly recommend them. We interviewed approximately five companies and really did our due diligence on picking the right service provider. While the end product is perfect, legal and warrantied, what really impressed us was our experience through the process. We had regular communication from the site and the office and we were even sent pictures of the barges, backhoes and the workers. This type of service is invaluable and rare. We had the absolute confidence that our job was completed properly, on time and in budget. Another critical piece of our experience was our communication with the office. Fran and her staff are so helpful and it was obvious that Kawartha Utility truly works as team whether they are on site or of site running the administration.
