In late spring when I called back to have him come out for an estimate, he fit us into a very busy schedule, because I had been in touch with him earlier. I trusted Brian and his team and it paid off. We plan to have them involved in more of our projects here at NRCan. Once we had our estimate and agreed to have our deck done, his guys were at our house within a couple a days, and had the job completed in 3 days. In fact I was so pleased with the work that I expanded the project and had them tile my kitchen and upstairs bathroom floors as well. I was quite impressed with Brian from the first meeting. I was impressed with his professionalism, his honesty, his willingness to please his customer, his quality of workmanship and his integrity. They provided us with a superior product. And we would recommend them to other clients. Their staff was punctual and courteous to all others they interacted with here at Natural Resources Canada. Our specialties include basements, bathrooms, kitchens, decks, wet bars, stone work, tiling, doors and windows, plumbing, electrical, all types of flooring, drywall, painting, etc. They did excellent work, and I would not hesitate to have them back, and would happily recommend Kanata Renovations to my friends. He listened to what I wanted, followed up with a quote, references and provided the paperwork I requested in the time-frame that he promised. I was kept informed of what was happening almost daily and he was always reachable if I needed to speak with him. We take a great deal of pride in the work we perform. We do it all!. I was very happy. We were very happy with the work he did for us. Brian takes ample time to discuss the job with his team at the start, to make sure everyone understands how everything should be done. Kanata Renovations is a licensed company, fully insured and covered by W.S.I.B. I am happy with the quality of the work, the attention to detail and the response from his company. The work was done on-time, with excellent quality and within budget. The work performed on your home is done by qualified and licensed employees of Kanata Renovations.
