Terrible company. Do not care about their product, only to sell it and never see or hear from you again. Place starts to fall apart after 2 years. Windows leaking, basement flooding, electrical poorly done, plumbing a terrible job, floors squeek and starting to buckle. If you call them, all they say is "warranty is up". 3/4 of the complex I live in has problems. Do yourself a favor, and stay away from them.
