Driveway Heaving My driveway was paved June 22/16 primarily due to a four foot wide area that was damaged and cracked. This area ran across the driveway approximately 2/3 the way from the house. This was discussed in detail with the sales representative Jerry and I tried to discuss it with the job superintendent Enzo on the day the driveway was paved but he was too busy on the phone to discuss my concerns. The damaged area was also noted on the estimate instructing the crew to "remove a few buckets (of) material" from the noted area. This was not done in my presence and I was advised by one of the crew Rocco that they rolled the area well enough to compact the damage. The contract states that the work is guaranteed for one year from installation. I've contacted the company and an office representative, who was very rude, advised that material was removed, which it wasn't. As a result, the driveway heaved in the noted area this past winter by approximately two inches, for which I have photos taken on March 14/17. The area has now settled but there are two ripples running across the driveway in the noted area. I believe that the area in question needs to be dug out, material removed and repaved at the very least. However this will be very obvious as a patched area.

He left shortly after I tried to talk to him without speaking to me. The damaged area was also noted on the estimate instructing the crew to "remove a few buckets (of) material" from the noted area. This was not done and as a result the driveway heaved 2" this past winter.The contract states that the work is guaranteed for one year from installation. I've contacted Niki Spatola, who was very rude and hung up on me. She advised that material was removed, which it wasn't. As a result of the driveway not being properly prepared it will continue to heave and settle eventually breaking up.

Driveway cracked after 6 months and no one is to be found! They will not answer or return your calls! Worst company to deal with! I would give them a -1000 star if it was possible!

This was not done, as I was present although the job superintendent was not. I was advised by one of the crew that they rolled the area to compact the damage. I have contacted the company representative five times and an office representative Niki, who was very rude and advised that material was removed, which it definitely wasn't and they would not be making any repairs. As a result, the driveway heaved in the noted area this past winter by approximately two inches in height and by approximately three feet in width. The area has now settled but there are two ripples running across the driveway in the noted area. I believe that the area in question needs to be dug out, material removed that caused the heaving and repaved at the very least. If this is not repaired each winter the same problem will reoccur resulting in the payment eventually cracking and breaking up. 3 days ago In response to your most recent post of April 10, 2022, for services that occurred June 21, 2016 - Your comments are hilarious. All efforts were made to contact the company by phone, in person and registered mail to discuss repairs. All my attempts were fruitless. You say that you have driven by my property a number of times and will continue to do so even more. IS THAT A THREAT! You failed to mention that I had to excavate a 6 ft by 20 ft section of the damaged driveway that appeared less than a year after installation and back fill the excavation with granite screening. In addition to the original damage (2" sinkage and resultant cracking) there is now approximately 20 major cracks throughout the driveway. As you know I took the company to Small Claims Court in 2017 and was awarded Judgement in the amount of $9,778.19 against Ital Paving1985 Ltd. and garnisheed the company's bank account for the amount of the Judgement. You mentioned that my original review was "slanderous and false" Obviously it wasn't, as I don't believe the courts are in the habit of awarding Judgment based on slanderous and false claims. If you continue to harass me I will contact the police. SHAME ON YOU!!
