I ordered a battery 6 months ago never called and followed up when they said they will call me when it was in!! A gentleman showed up at my door trying to sell me an alarm system from the same company and I told him that I allready am using their company and told him I am waiting for a battery!!! He phoned the girl at the counter and told her and still I have not heard from them about the battery for my system!! My alarm hasn't been monitored in 6 months!!!!!!
