They replaced our furnace and water heater. We had 3 separate natural gas leaks to the point the basement of my house was so filled with gas that it was impossible to be down there. On the final gas leak I told them as they were leaving "I can still smell gas" they turned to me and said we couldn't find any leaks. I then called Sask Energy they came out and found 2 major leaks in and around the combustion chamber of my furnace so bad to the point Sask Energy cut the gas off to my house and told me that the gas in my house was at 94%LEL (Lower Explosive Limit), if you think 6 more percentage points means explosion you guessed correctly. 6 more points and my house would have been toothpicks. I called them that afternoon and told them what Sask Energy had reported, they didn't seem to care of be concerned as it was 3 days later before they arrived out to fix the issue. I would not recommend their services to anyone!
