I recently bought a small commercial building and my roof heating equipment stopped working. ( of course when it was -34 out) I quickly called people i know in the area to see who they use to fix equipment like that. They fave me a name of Alex @ FRC Contracting & Mechanical. I called the emerg # my friends gave me and he answered right away and even came out at 11pm at night, got on my roof and fixed the problem. Seems that the issue was only a belt that needed to be replaced. He showed me the old one that was brolen and full of cracks. I am so glad that my friends gave me his business info. I was very impressed that he came that late, in the freezing cold, got on the roof with 3 feet of snow up there, and fixed the problem right away. Thank you Alex for your great service

We found our self with no heat at the coldest time of the year. Was a Sat. night and we called a few others in the phone book and got a run around on when they would be able to come take a look. Came across Frc and they came out in about two hours, and had us up and running and warm in no time. Great fast service, the tech didnt mind me watching and asking questions and explained everything that he was doing and made me feel very comphy with the service work he was doing.. I have refered Frc to a few of my friends and they are all very happy with the work done too

Nice small local company to deal with. I found out it is a family business and they really care about their customers. It made me feel good the next rtime i called they remembered me and made me feel special and appreciated.

They came when my furnace went out, and helped limp it along until we could get a new furnace in place. The prices where reasonable and they came late at night as needed. Felt safe with the tech in my home and they cleaned up after themselves before they left. Always answered my questions and was very knowlegable.
