Forgetful, messy, inattentive, dreadfully slow... This guy is a real winner. I did not have a choice in contractors as our landlord was in charge of operations. This guy did some work for us four months ago and left much to be desired. He left much work unfinished months ago, was extremely poor at data cable wiring and just an overal buffoon. Some of my electrical outlets are non-functional, and light switches that turn off lamps by my bed turns off the television... that is in a seperate outlet across the room. Sometimes I swear this guy was high half the time. He has left several tools behind months ago and has never returned. I guess Im supposed to keep them?...
