I think it is wrong for any company to get a permit and just start building. this doesn't protect the builder. What is there to protect new home buyers?I have no confidence in this company. Condisention, rudeness, lack of consideration, dishonesty and pushiness to name a few....and that is towards potential neighbours. if you are going to build a new home using someone who is actually on MB Home Builders Assoc is the way to go!

Unhappy Consumer
The way this company treats people is disgusting. I have some serious doubts about the way they build but that's my opinion. How the trades people are treated is another story. There is no consideration for anyone else but themselves. If you use this company make sure you are the only house on the block because this company will tread all over your future neighbours before they're done.

Very unprofessional and have no work ethics. vey poor quality of work. Always late. Likes taking money and not giving it back. Cannot be trusted. BUYER BEWARE. Youre only gonna get headaches. Absolutely not trustworthy.
