I just got off the phone with them I have never in my life been treated with such a massive amount of disrespect in my life. I guess being nice is not the way to be with this company - be rude when you call they might respect you. No one should be giving them any form of money not to be treated like scum when you call there - too busy to deal with you - seriously isn't that they're job? They refuse to escalate for a solution they sound really "scammy"
