-they did excavation job at my lot,but unfortunately they encroached the HRM property next to my lot. -they got paid in full just after they finished their job,but before I discovered the encroachment. -I called them,paid them a visit,but they are not willing to fix the problem. -the funny thing is that the owner told me they did the encroachment without bothering to get a temporary easement ,because it was not feasible and it would have taken us 7 months.So it was easier for them just to do the encroachment and let me face the consequences.
