This company built the home of one of my family members in Port Colborne. They were late with everything they did, they used inferior materials, they overspent the budget and they simply aren't interested in sorting out any of the problems they left behind. Be warned. Follow up several references before you trust these guys with building your home!

We had a great experience working with these people. We were always kept in the loop in regards to our choices pertaining to the quality level of materials we wanted in the construction. Since we don't live in a perfect world we occasionally have found things that have needed correction or minor repairs. Just recently we noticed an issue with a door frame which was a design fault of the door and window company. That company was not willing to address the issue since it was out of warranty but the workers form Dehaan fixed the problem for us. They addressed the issue quite quickly for us and thy are also just great guys to have in the house. We're glad we chose them and would do it again if we were to build again.
