do not waste your hard earned dollars on this builder. sales pitch is excellent. construction execution is sloppy, supervisors not doing their job, they get the finishing wrong and blames the customer for it, will make promises so you'll sign during the closing then will leave you out to dry and leave you with your unfinished house for months before they take action. do not ever trust this company!
