Some insurance brokers that we know have contacted us about claims being made of huge insurance discounts by one company currently canvassing the Sarnia area. Don't allow yourself to be mislead by promises of insurance discounts sufficient to pay the monthly cost of the alarm these people are offering. Typical insurance discounts for alarm systems are 10 to 15 percent, and for most people that discount will only pay for one or two months alarm service.
