Cheer Homes seems to be more concerned with slapping homes together than following up issues. They take your money and basically disappear. When asking to fix issues, they send teenagers to view and diagnose problems. Home less than a year old and significant leaking around basement windows (several visits with no fix, insulation wet). Front brick steps were finished to a embarrassing state. They also sell you a home, wait for you to sign, and then mention a very restrictive neighbourhood "covenant". Be aware of these tricks.
