Just plain slimey ! C D Plumbing filed a fraudulent lien against my house for work requested by his friend, the previous owner. This was requested and performed before I even bought the house. I explained that to him - he doesn't care. LIFE IS TOO SHORT TO DEAL WITH CROOKS
