Had Bruce County flooring install all floors in our newly built home. Floors were defective from day 1. After over a year dealing with them they finally tell us they will replace our floor but not as originally done (under kitchen, fire place, trim, etc.) They said we have to go with same floor and same company and have no sympathy for the fact that our family (2 children under 3) will be living in a huge renovation in our 1 year old home. Over all extremely poor customer service not family friendly, had friends who also had issues with floor purchased here. Would recommend any other floor company then them.
