fails to communicate with home buyer do not close unless all repairs are made, as if not you will become secondary as they have already been paid any issues wil always become in some way your fault dont expect them to keep you informed make sure in your contract you ask for weekly inspections of your home as they will not catch the errors so you will have to. buyer beware the happiness in your new home and your excitement to get the project on the go will be used against you and in the end you will not be happy.
