I hope this shows up as zero stars, because that's what they deserve. I wish there was negative stars to choose from. Out of the six windows on the back of our house, 4 have issues. After 2 & 1/2 years of trying to get service, we wrote to the BBB, and then Best Windows turned all the issues over to the manufacturer. The manufacturer fixed one issue and told us we would have to pay for the labor to fix the others. Here are the issues. The large pane in the bay window is warped. The casing on the 2 side crank outs got warped and wind was coming in (these casings are what was replaced as a favor to Best windows). The one over the kitchen sink has become 'foggy' inside, and unless it gets moisture in it, it won't be covered under warranty. One window upstairs has a lock that is stuck and we can't open the window. And brand new this year, the inside pane on a window in a room that is hardly used, is cracked almost all the way across. We are senior citizens and definitely did nothing to cause or deserve this. What a waste of time and money. I am so sorry we went with this company, that I could just cry when I look at them, which is every day. These are all triple pane, low e, argon windows. If you are looking for good windows with no issues and good service when there are some, DO NOT use Best Windows & Doors. read less
