may 5, 2011 had owner tony wootton at my house, gave me a paper estimate for my roof. may 10, i gave him the green light to start, via, a phone call. 2 weeks later, i called, he assured me it would get done. june 1st i called left a message. he never called back. june 7, 2011, 10am spk to Tony live on the phone, said same as before, it will be done, i said i would like it done this week, he said well get another person, and hung up on me. I immediately called back, and lady said Tony is gone and in his truck. she could not help. This is unproffesional conduct from a company to a customer. I wasted 4 weeks in vain waiting for Bathurst Roofing Limited, Phone 416-483-6326 to do a job. not only did they break their promise to do the job, they were highly rude about it. In my opinion, all Mr. Wootton had to say to me, was he changed his mind, and won't do the job, instead of being rude, and hanging up on me for no reason; and running and hiding, so the receptionist had to listen to my stunned grief.
