Total unprofessional and arrogant.Very limited knowledge, doing jobs with disregard to regulations and city bylaw requirements. They didn't even have required permits to continue with construction. It was paused during the holiday, leaving tenants with holes in the walls, without heat, and construction materials while trying to celebrate. Required a certain amount of heating units to be installed according to a "professional engineer," only to then reverse their findings when a significant amount of tenants, including licensed professionals, complained that the work was unnecessary and extravagant.
