They did a lot of things wrong but the one thing I wanted them to rectify was one window they made a complete disaster (leaving rotting wood beneath when they told me they were going to replace it!) And the owner refused even to come and inspect the work his contractors did even after he promised he would when the work on my house was complete. They lied to me! We were treated like horably!!
