A security company is concerned with properly protecting your home and will work with you closely to make sure all of your needs and concerns are addressed. Always check to see which company you are actually signing with and for how long. With all this said we feel that there are two kinds of companies in this industry. A Company that is only concerned with getting a signed contract for monitoring usually offers a basic system for little or no money down. ∙ no unresolved complaints in the last three calendar years. If you do not like the service being provided, the rates being charged or if they sell to someone else, you can cancel the service and go elsewhere.
