I have had the pleasure of having a number of your employees in my work place over the last few weeks. They have shown excellent work ethics and have adapted extremely well within a mental health environment, displaying courtesy and consideration to the residents of the building. I would personally like to thank "Byron", as this individual has consistently been intuitive to those around him, striving to be as least disruptive while ensuring the work is completed. His daily communication and always pleasant demeanor has been very much noted and appreciated. I felt it important to bring this forward to let you know how blessed you are to have such a hard working gentleman in your employment. Previous owner had an inspection on the boiler in my Condo..receipt states no signs of damage or wearing out..but upon moving into the Condo noticed leaking from a pipe..should have been noticed upon inspection...contacted the guy who did the inspection..says all was completed..but he could come and check for a fee..as far as I am concerned..this should have been a courtesy call to review the missed leaky pipe. Now I have to have someone else come and check it.
