It's been 5 years and there is a leak in my roof now. Material has a 20 year warranty and labour a 10 year warranty. However, I have called and called and called both his numbers listed and left countless messages and I have not heard back from him for going on 3 weeks now and will probably have to seek help from another contractor (i didn't want to go this route in case it "voids" the warranty.... but then again, what good is a warranty if the original contractor won't ever call you back?)

Roof was leaking and needed emergency shingles replacement. The job was completed for a reasonable price. Had to point point out a few fixes by the time the job was completed. *** Adam had never returned my calls after he got paid, tried reach him several times and left a few voice mail messages regarding several problems on the roof, and never received a call back. Not sure how is his 10 years warranty works as he never returns calls to his past customers.
