They were unable to get my furnace working after 8 visits and 35 days without heat. I ended up hiring another company to complete the warranty work and Action tried to charge $2000 over the contract amount for things that my building inspector said was mandatory for building code. They prey on the elderly and should not be installing heating/cooling systems
