With Jacks innovative philosophies, Ace Plumbing is pleased to be at your service for many years to come. In 2001 Ace Plumbing was purchased by Simcor Plumbing Corporation. He worked in several different areas of plumbing including:industrial, commercial, new residential construction, residential heating and residential service. Jacks commitment to his customers is unmatched and always addresses client concerns and questions personally. A 24 hour a day service so that his clients are re-assured they were protected in emergency situations. Jack developed his skills as a plumbing apprentice in the 1980’s and completed his Master Plumbing Certification in 1991. Uniformed and Id tagged, so you know they are from our company. He believes that his clients should be happy with the service of his company so he adopted “Happy Today or You Don’t Pay” as the saying for his company. Owned and operated by Jack DeVetten. This led him to search for a plumbing service company. No reason to rip up the yard when you have to replace a sewer or waterline. He worked on the freezing lines of the bob sleigh and luge run, the Bearspaw water treatment plant, Sheerness electrical generating plant and the Lethbridge regional hospital. Jacks vision includes hiring technicians who were either indentured apprentices or journeymen,clean and courteous with back ground checks so the clients could be assured of professional workmanship, friendly service and the safety of their family and home. If you have ever experienced a "Lemon" before you will truely appreciate your commitment to your long-term satisfaction. Service and repair: If your not 100% satisfied with the service we've provided, we will refund all of yoru investment.If a repair fails in the first year we will repair it for free. Jacks father was a plumber and a pipefitter who was always in need of a pair of extra hands. ] Jack worked with his father for years while he completed his schooling. During his apprenticeship he worked several large projects in Calgary and Southern Alberta. He completed his apprenticeship while working for Double D Plumbing. Certified Journeyman and Indentured Apprentices,so you know they have the skill and the knowledge. Won't swear, or smoke in your home, will clean up before they leave and wear shoe covers to protect your home. No Lemon: Should any product supplied by us fail before the end of the warranty period, we will repair or remove it and give you a completly new product free.
