Comments and rating are with respect to this firms project management services. Project missed the marked on all fronts - cost, quality and time. Essentially they brought in whatever tradesmen they could find( they did not have their own crew) and would not stand by their own referrals. Corners were cut and we have spent the last year fixing many of the items they said were done correctly. The cost to us in terms of our time and money has been far greater than it should have been for what was supposed to be a 4- 6 week job - at least that is what their project plan stated. Their performance on our project was well below expectations and I would never recommend them. If you are looking for someone to design the project and create the drawings, they are ok but I regret bringing them in for the rest of it.
